Cate Blanchett, will visit the Vatican this weekend at the invitation of Pope Leo XIV.

According to a Reuters report on the 10th, the Vatican announced plans to host a special audience with Oscar-winning director Spike Lee, Mad Max director George Miller, and Good Will Hunting director Gus Van Sant, among others. Additional attendees include actors Alison Brie, Dave Franco, and Viggo Mortensen, as well as directors Joanna Hogg, Tony Kaye, and Julie Taymor.
